This Privacy Policy explains how [BIG FISHLAB] ("we", "us", or "our") manages user information and privacy within the "Lune: Anime Dress Up Games" mobile application ("App"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and providing transparent practices regarding data processing.
1. Information We Process
This App is designed as a standalone casual dress-up game that functions fully offline.
a. Locally Stored Data:
- Character outfits (draft looks), saved characters in your local gallery, color selections, and action undo/redo history.
- Bonus wardrobe unlock status and theme music audio preferences.
All the above information is stored solely on your device using Android Jetpack DataStore. We do not operate proprietary external user databases, and we never transmit your character designs to any remote server.
b. Information Processed by Third Parties (Google AdMob & UMP SDK):
When your device is connected to the internet, the App utilizes services provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display banners, periodic interstitials, and optional rewarded videos. These third-party services may automatically collect and process:
- Device and Other Identifiers: Such as the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and App Set ID for ad serving, frequency capping, and ad fraud prevention.
- Approximate Location: Inferred from your IP address to deliver regionally relevant advertising.
- App Info and Performance: Ad load metrics, user ad interactions (impressions and clicks), and diagnostic logs.
All communication between the App and Google servers is strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
2. User Accounts and Purchases
The App DOES NOT provide user accounts, registration, social media login, or cloud backup. The App is entirely FREE from In-App Purchases (IAP) and subscription fees.
3. Image Export and Sharing
The App includes an export feature allowing you to generate high-resolution PNG portraits (1200 x 1800 pixels).
- When saving a PNG image, the file is saved directly to your selected destination using the native Android Storage Access Framework.
- When selecting "Share image", the App uses the secure Android FileProvider to provide temporary, read-only access to the image for the specific application you choose (such as messaging apps or social networks). We do not track, collect, or store your shared images.
4. Device Permissions
The App requests only necessary technical permissions:
- `android.permission.INTERNET`: Required when online to load ads and privacy consent forms.
- `android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`: Used to check connectivity status prior to initiating network requests.
- `com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID`: Used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.
The App DOES NOT request access to your camera, microphone, precise GPS location, contacts, calendar, SMS, or broad external file management permissions.
5. User Choices and Consent Controls
In regions subject to privacy regulations (such as the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents a consent dialog upon initial launch to allow you to choose your preferences regarding personalized or non-personalized advertising.
You can review, modify, or revoke your consent preferences at any time by navigating to:
`Settings (Gear Icon / About Lune) -> Ad Privacy Choices`.
You can also enjoy the styling studio and saved character gallery completely offline without transmitting any ad-related data.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local Data: All saved character data remains on your physical device. You may completely delete this data at any time by clearing the App's storage/cache in your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App.
- Third-Party Data: Data retained by Google Mobile Ads is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience (ages 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Third-party ad request configurations enforce appropriate ad content rating caps (Teen / General) in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play Families Policies.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app enhancements or legal changes. The revised version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date".
