PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
BIG FISHLAB ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Luna AI: Virtual Friend (the "App") handles information when you use the App.
Luna and Terra are AI virtual companions. They are not people, therapists, doctors, lawyers, romantic partners, or crisis services. AI responses may be inaccurate.
2. INFORMATION WE HANDLE
A. Data Handled Automatically by Advertising Services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google's current SDK practices, these services may process:
• Advertising and device identifiers, IP address, operating-system information, device information, language settings, and approximate location inferred from network information.
• Ad impressions, ad interactions, app interactions, diagnostic information, and performance information.
B. Data Sent for AI Responses
When you use online AI chat, the App sends your message and relevant conversation context through a Supabase Edge Function to generate a response. This request may include recent messages, conversation context, approved memory summary, nickname, selected companion, chat mode, mood, language preference, device-time context, and app version.
If you report an AI reply, the App may send the reported content, message identifier, selected reason, companion, chat mode, and app version to the same backend.
The App does not intentionally use conversational messages to train a public AI model. Remote processing and retention may also be subject to Supabase's applicable policies and service terms.
C. Data Stored Locally
The App stores chat history, AI replies, mood check-ins and optional notes, approved memories, conversation summaries, nickname, selected companion, reply-style and language preferences, quota counters, and reminder settings locally on your device using Room or app preferences.
This local information remains on your device unless part of it is included as relevant context in an online AI request as described above. The App's database and preferences are excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer.
D. Data We Do Not Request
• The App does not require registration or account creation.
• The App does not request your legal name, postal address, email address, phone number, government identifier, contacts, precise GPS location, camera, microphone, files, or photos.
• The App does not process payments or collect financial, payment, or biometric information.
3. PERMISSIONS USED
• android.permission.INTERNET
Purpose: Connects to the remote AI endpoint, loads remote images where present, requests advertising consent, and displays advertisements.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Purpose: Allows an optional local daily reminder on supported Android versions. Notification permission is requested only for this feature.
• android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
Purpose: Schedules the optional daily reminder again after the device restarts.
The inspected App manifest does not declare location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, phone, SMS, or foreground-service permissions.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Purpose: Displays banner, native, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements.
Information: Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad interaction information according to its policies and your applicable consent choices.

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Purpose: Requests and manages advertising consent choices where required. Available privacy choices can be reopened from the App settings when required.

• Supabase
Purpose: Hosts the Edge Function used to route AI requests and AI-reply reports.
Information: Receives the request information described in Section 2 when the remote feature is used.

If you are in a region where consent is required for advertising, the App uses UMP to request and manage the applicable choice. You may reopen available advertising privacy choices from Settings > Privacy & Data.
5. DATA RETENTION
• Local information remains until you delete it using available App controls, clear the App's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the App.
• Remote AI requests and advertising information are retained according to the applicable operational, security, legal, and retention practices of Supabase and Google. The App does not maintain a remote user account or unique user profile that can be used to locate individual requests.
6. DATA SHARING
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information is transmitted only as needed to:
• Google Mobile Ads and UMP for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and consent management according to Google's policies and your applicable choices.
• Supabase for remote AI-response generation and AI-reply reporting.
We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, or the service.
7. USER CHOICES AND CONTROL
• Advertising choices: Where available, open Settings > Privacy & Data > Privacy choices. You may also manage advertising settings through your Android or Google settings.
• Chat and memory: Use the controls in Settings > Privacy & Data to clear chat history or delete AI memory.
• Other local information: Clear the App's Android storage or uninstall the App to remove remaining locally stored information.
• Notifications: Disable reminder notifications in the App or Android settings.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, contact us at andriariatman@gmail.com.
The target-audience selection in Google Play Console must remain consistent with this statement. The App must not be published for children or a mixed child audience without completing all applicable Families Policy, parental-consent, child-data, and child-directed advertising requirements.
9. ACCOUNT DELETION
The App does not provide user accounts or server-side user profiles, so there is no account to delete. You can delete chat history and AI memory using the App's privacy controls. Clearing the App's Android storage or uninstalling the App removes its remaining local information.
10. SECURITY
The App uses HTTPS for requests to the configured production AI endpoint. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, legal requirements, or App features change. The current version will display its effective date.
